Clutch is an inventory-management application for LEGO resellers. This policy explains, in plain words, what information Clutch handles, why, and when it leaves your browser.
What we collect
- Account information: the email and shop details you register with, and the account name you use to sign in.
- Store connections: the BrickLink and BrickOwl API credentials you supply so Clutch can sync your inventory. These are used to reach your own stores on your behalf — nothing else.
- Usage data: pages viewed on our public site, via PostHog (a hosted analytics service). Our analytics use no cookies, mask every typed input, and never record inventory data. Private application screens (your inventory, orders, and prices) are never captured by analytics at all.
What we never do
- We never sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We never send your store credentials anywhere except the store services they belong to.
- We never place analytics cookies on your browser.
Where data lives
- Store credentials and app data live on Clutch's secure servers, used only to provide the sync, order, and pricing features of your account.
- Public-page analytics events go to PostHog (US region) — page-view events only, by design.
Your choices
- Delete your account at any time from Account settings; your store credentials and inventory data are deleted with it.

Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
