What Clutch is, how it works, and what happens to your data.
Clutch is a command center for brick-selling businesses. It manages your inventory, marketplace orders, and pricing in one place, and keeps your storefronts on BrickLink and Brick Owl synced with it. Think of it as the operating system for your store — you make decisions in Clutch, and your marketplaces follow.
Anyone selling brick building sets and parts online, from a solo seller with a few thousand lots to a multi-store operation with a team. If you currently juggle marketplace dashboards, spreadsheets, and a desktop inventory tool, Clutch replaces all of it.
BrickLink, Brick Owl, eBay, Etsy, and more — two-way inventory and order sync is built in. The sync engine is channel-first: connecting a new marketplace is configuration, not a migration.
Yes. Clutch imports .bsx files natively — upload the file, preview every parsed item, then sync into your inventory. Quantities, prices, costs, conditions, and comments all come across. When you want to go back to the desktop tool, Clutch exports your inventory as a .bsx file it opens natively.
Clutch connects to your marketplace accounts with API credentials you provide. Depending on your plan, sync runs automatically (daily, every 15 minutes, or every 5 minutes) and you can also trigger a full sync any time. Inventory and orders flow in, your approved changes flow out.
That's a sync conflict, and Clutch never resolves one silently. Conflicts land on a Review page showing both values side by side. You choose: keep yours, use the marketplace's, or dismiss. Every resolution is recorded with who decided and when.
When an order arrives, Clutch immediately places a hold on that stock. Available quantity = on-hand minus held. If an order asks for more than you have, the shortage is flagged in the conflict queue rather than silently selling what you don't have.
Every store's data is isolated — users only ever see their own organization's inventory, orders, and settings. All API access requires signed session tokens, and marketplace credentials are stored per-account, encrypted, and never shared between customers.
Your data isn't held hostage. You can export your inventory at any time — including as a .bsx file that opens in desktop tools. Cancelling stops the billing, not your access to your own records.
Yes — Pro includes 2 users, Business includes 10. Account levels (member and admin) control who can do what — admins manage sync, pricing, and day-to-day operations — and every significant change is logged.
Pick a plan at signup and add a card on PayPal — your card is on file but you won't be charged for 14 days. We send a reminder email the day before billing starts. Cancel any time from your settings before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your inventory, orders, and settings come with you; only the limits change.
Each unique part-color-condition combination is one row. A set part-out of 80 pieces across 3 colors is up to 240 rows. Starter covers 2,500, Pro 25,000, Business unlimited.
Email brian@mybaxterfamily.com — it goes straight to the person who built Clutch and runs a store on it, including for account or billing questions.
Clutch is built by Replay Bricks — a working brick-selling store. Everything in the app, from the sync engine to the conflict queue, was built to solve real problems the store hit first. When you email, you're talking to a fellow seller, not a ticket queue.
The fastest way to understand Clutch is to point it at your own inventory. The trial does exactly that.
